Holiday Rental in Cap Corse between Bastia and Saint-Florent

It is in a corner of nature close to Saint-Florent and straddling the villages of Patrimonio and Barbaggio that Carole and her husband welcome you. Casa Andria rentals are open all year round. Through the Teghime pass, Barbaggio is at the junction between Bastia and Saint-Florent - respectively 20 minutes and 10 minutes by car - and directly open onto Cap Corse through Farinole and its beaches.

Bed & Breakfast and Cottage with Swimming Pool

Built between 2013 and 2014 at the place called L'Osteria, the cottage and guest rooms boast a modern style that emphasizes comfort above all. At the heart of the rentals lies a curved swimming pool measuring approximately 10 meters by 5 meters, its shimmering reflections revealing a verdant landscape with a view of Mount Sant'Angelo. Carole and her husband have created a peaceful place that you can enjoy from the tea room under the shade of oak trees.

Casa Andria offers internet access via a Wi-Fi connection with the option to activate a signal booster. A homemade breakfast will be offered to you, either in the owners' lounge or on the terrace by the pool.

Homemade Breakfast

The breakfasts are prepared by Carole, who is passionate about cooking and makes her lemon, orange, grapefruit, apricot, myrtle, and citron jams, as well as naturally pasteurized fruit juices, artisan bread, yogurt, and figatellu terrines.

Self-catering cottage for 4 to 6 people

Available for overnight or weekly stays, the cottage is independent, spacious, and comfortable. It features air conditioning, a television, a bathroom, and two bedrooms with a capacity of 4 to 6 people, ideal for a family or friends' stay.

5 Guest rooms

You can also rent one or more fully equipped guest rooms, each with independent access. Comfortable and spacious with an average surface area of just over 17 m², each guest room has a capacity of 2 to 3 people (1 bed in 160) with the possibility of adding an extra bed.

Catering service: Les délices de Carole

By staying at Casa Andria, you will meet Carole, a true cooking enthusiast, who prepares homemade dishes every day for her family, grandchildren, and guests who request them.

In January 2018, Les délices de Carole were created for a home catering service by reservation. To achieve this, Carole completed training at UMIH to become a table d'hôte and to offer take-out dishes. Every morning, pots and pans on the stove release a delicious aroma of local vegetables, fruits, and citrus fruits, for 100% homemade preparations: floating island, canistrelli, aioli, shellfish, spring rolls, shortbread, fritters, tripe, fresh pasta... Homemade dishes that you can also find at U Spurtellu grocery store.

A table d'hôte service is available for a fixed price of 32 euros per person - from aperitif to digestif - made with seasonal Corsican products from the micro-region.

Terrace and outdoor kitchen

Since 2021, an outdoor kitchen with a large table allows you to enjoy the good weather for dining in a pleasant setting.

Inauguration of the farm of Osteria

In the summer of 2018, a 4,000 m² organic farm and market garden was opened under the impetus of Marianne, Carole's daughter, and Justine, her daughter-in-law. A breeding of 250 hens makes it possible to produce more than 160 organic eggs per day sold on site and in the markets of Saint-Florent and Patrimonio.

Beaches and walks to do

The Casa Andria rentals are close to the beaches of Saint-Florent and Farinole. For a family outing with little walking, you can visit the Convent of Marianda in the neighboring village of Farinole, accessible via the D333 road in less than a 15-minute drive, or take the customs trail in Saint-Florent.
