Today, Henriette, her daughter Clara, Francis, and Antò keep this family-run establishment thriving and welcome you both at the hotel and in the restaurant.

Among the signature appetizers, the cheese fritters and pasta with brocciu are made from goat's milk supplied by Patrick Gassmann in Canari or sheep's milk from Sabrina Lorenzi, an award-winning shepherd in Paris. Depending on availability, a selection of Corsican cheeses may accompany the dishes or be served as platters to share: AOP brocciu, niolu, bastelicaccia, sartenais, or venacais, to name just a few.
