Nursery in Ponte Leccia - A Santulina
Ponte-Leccia nursery
The A Santulina nursery is located 1 km to the left of the Ponte-Leccia exit on the way to Corte, just before the bend on the long straight where the 70 km/h speed limit begins, in the commune of Piedigriggio.
Marie-Stéphanie Filippini looks after the nursery, and her husband André Filippini manages all the landscaping work. Both come from farming backgrounds and have been nurserymen and market gardeners for 24 years. A Santulina welcomes you to its Ponte Leccia nursery, open all year round except from January 1 to 31, when it is closed for the year.
Reproducible non-hybrid organic seeds for the vegetable garden
Gardening enthusiasts will find a wide range of non-hybrid organic seeds for vegetables, fruit and herbs, with several varieties to choose from.
Universal organic potting soil
The nursery sells bags of clay, bags of organic compost potting soil and universal potting soil for use in organic farming. Sacks are available in 20-liter and 45-liter sizes.
Summer seasonal plants
In summer, you'll find tomato, basil, zucchini and cucumber plants, as well as flowering bougainvillea and fragrant lavender.
If you're behind with your sowing, you'll find ready-to-plant seedlings for your vegetable garden. Strawberries, raspberries, zucchinis, eggplants, tomatoes, watermelon and melons are grown at the nursery, as are other summer vegetables. Located 15 minutes from Corte, A Santulina also produces grafted plants that you can then replant.
