A restaurant in the village of Pigna, A Casarella selects organic produce from the garden according to the seasons, to be enjoyed as expertly-cooked tapas, with an aperitif overlooking the sea.
Panoramic terrace and sea view
Recommended by the Guide du Routard for over 20 years, the A Casarella tapas restaurant is located in Pigna, a typical Balagne village with cobbled streets frequented by tourists every year. A Casarella welcomes you from April to October (closed on Saturdays), offering simple, high-quality food all day long, with lots of local and organic produce, and continuous service, ideal for forgetting the time during your vacations.
Terrace with sea view
Another of the A Casarella restaurant's assets is the panoramic view from its terrace, which no customer can miss, with a view over the plain and the sea sublimated by the Balagne sunsets.
Booking in July and August
With seating for around 100, the restaurant is fully booked at the height of the season, and we encourage you to book a few days in advance. Depending on the number of seats available, you can specify the location you would like (very good view, medium view, no view).

The restaurant works on the principle of homemade tapas based on seasonal raw vegetables with Corsican accents, such as its bell pepper stuffed with brocciu, its bread with organic garden tomatoes, olive oil and fleur de sel, its chickpea purée and its olives.

Tapas prices - A Casarella menu
Tapas are à la carte, with an assortment of 7 tapas for 39 euros. They are served in small ramekins accompanied by a basket of artisan bread from Amadeus bakery, Simon Perrin in Calenzana. Gluten-free galettes available on request.
The menu varies according to the season, with seasonal fruit and vegetables mainly organic and produced by committed professionals.
