Traditional Corsican cuisine

Created in 1957 opposite the old village bar, I Fratelli is a Corsican restaurant open all year round for lunch and dinner, offering traditional Corsican cuisine and a Corsican menu featuring local produce. The restaurant's strength lies in the quality of its cuisine, with a traditional menu and an ever-changing à la carte menu.

Another of the restaurant's assets is its plunging view over the Oletta plain, the Gulf of Saint-Florent and Cap Corse. A retractable pergola lets you enjoy this superb view all year round, with colors changing daily for exceptional panoramas.

In addition to the Corsican menu, the menu changes according to the season, with 3 suggestions a day, and up to 7 in summer, including meat and fish brochettes.
