Since 1996, the Pietra Brewery in Furiani has been producing Corsica's very first craft beer, brewed with local chestnut flour. Today, they produce 14 original beers (including 2 gluten-free varieties) at a rate of 100,000 hectoliters per year, which are even exported as far as Japan! Visit the brewery in the summer to discover its brewing secrets and taste unique creations like Nucella, made with IGP hazelnuts from Cervione.
