Immersion on a farm to discover the local produce
Throughout the year, you'll be offered immersion days on the farm: a visit to the Battaglia charcuterie's pig farm, a tour of the cheese factory, and a chance to meet the goats and sheep. In autumn, picnics and walks under the chestnut trees, with tastings of seasonal produce.
Guests can also take part in tastings of farm products: traditional charcuterie, cheeses, chestnut flour and local specialities.

A typical Immersive Day
- Stage 1: The tour begins mid-morning in the village of Vallecalle, with a visit to the Casanova sheepfold and its goat and ewe farm. Depending on the season, you can watch milking.
- Stage 2: You'll then head for the village of Murato, with a stop at the famous Church of Saint-Michel.
- Stage 3: Finally, on the heights of the village of Murato, in the heart of the mountains, you'll arrive at the farm for a picnic under the chestnut trees, with the pig farm below.
Nature and hiking in Nebbiu
The Nebbiu region offers many hiking trails accessible from Vallecalle. Between scrubland, hills and panoramic views over the Gulf of Saint-Florent, the region lends itself perfectly to walks in all seasons.
