Built at the beginning of the last century on the main street of Zonza, the L'Aiglon hotel-restaurant has seen generations come and go in this highly touristy village of Alta Rocca, conveniently located near Porto Vecchio and Solenzara.
Francescu Quilichini ensures the comfort of his guests every day. Open from April to October, the restaurant offers reinvented Corsican cuisine featuring regional specialties such as chestnuts, pulenta, brocciu fritters, as well as Corsican veal and award-winning wines.

Vegetarian Menu Since 1980
Something of a pioneer, Francescu Quilichini has been offering vegetarian dishes on his menu for 43 years, such as eggplant with tomato coulis, chestnut velouté, gratinéed zucchini tart, as well as a seasonal vegetable pizza.
You can dine outside on the flower-filled terrace, which can accommodate up to 34 covers, or inside in a 30-seat dining room. The restaurant also has a bar and a fireplace. A high chair is also available for young children.
Charming Hotel in the Center of Zonza
The L'Aiglon Hotel is located above the restaurant and features 8 charming rooms, either with single beds or a double bed, each in a different style. The rooms have sloping ceilings with wood paneling on the walls and ceilings, and the decor is warm and well-maintained.
The room prices from April to October only vary in the month of August, all with affordable prices. Rates for half-board remain the same.
