Built at the beginning of the last century on the main street in Zonza, the hotel-restaurant l'Aiglon has seen generations come and go in this very touristy village in the Alta Rocca, close to both Porto Vecchio and Solenzara.
Francescu Quilichini ensures the comfort of his guests every day. Open from April to October, the restaurant offers reinvented Corsican cuisine, featuring local produce such as chestnuts, pulenta, brocciu fritters, Corsican veal and award-winning wines.

The restaurant's menu includes house specialities, hot and cold starters, pasta and home-made pizzas.
You can choose from a range of menus including starter, main course and dessert, with a menu priced at €28. A children's menu is also available for 11 euros.
Vegetarian menu since 1980
Somewhat of a trailblazer, Francescu Quilichini has been offering vegetarian dishes on his menu for 43 years, including aubergine with tomato coulis, chestnut velouté, courgette tart au gratin and a vegetarian pizza with seasonal vegetables.
You can dine outside on the restaurant's flower-filled terrace, which seats 34, or inside in the 30-seat dining room. The restaurant also has a bar and a fireplace. A high chair is also available for young children.

The Hôtel l'Aiglon is located above the restaurant and has 8 charming rooms, all in a different style, with double or single beds. Attic rooms with panelling on the walls and ceilings, decorated with warmth and care.

Room rates from April to October vary only in August, but are still affordable. Rates for half-board remain the same.
