Natural Corsican cosmetics since 2004

An agricultural engineer and cosmetologist, Muriel Crestey first set up her business with olive trees, whose olive oil is the basis for processing into cosmetics.

After obtaining a post-graduate diploma in biomedical sciences and a certificate in cosmetics toxicology in the early 2000s, Realia was created in 2004 as the island's first cosmetics brand.

Realia also uses its massage oils in its wellness area. Body oils and shaving oils for men and women.

The shop also features products from other local brands, such as Savonnerie du Nebbiu and Essences Naturelles Corsica essential oils.

Product prices

Realia manages to keep its prices the same because the Corsican cosmetics brand produces 90% of its raw materials. Despite this guarantee, the price of glass has risen by 30%, and products will increase slightly from the second quarter, when current stocks run out.

A gourmet corner also awaits you in the shop, with products such as olive oil with fennel or clementine syrup.

Guided tour

Today, with Muriel, Elodie, Carole and Rémi, all 4 engineers, the Realia team invites you to a meeting to discover the intelligence and hard work at the heart of the company, and to understand where you are.

A free guided tour, where you'll discover the different plants in the garden that are used to make our cosmetic products, with explanations of ancient traditions explained by science. You can also visit the wellness area, and discover behind the glass the laboratory where each product is made.

The laboratory

The laboratory has several rooms and an airlock, and is subject to strict sanitary standards: hand washing, overshoes, gloves, smock and cap must be worn.

100% natural raw materials

Using 100% natural, vacuum-packed raw materials, 90% of which come from their own production, including olive oil, which is the nourishing base for all the creams except the one with hazelnuts from Cervione.

Realia grows most of the plants used to make its cosmetics: Immortelle, Ciste, Lavender, Combava, Kumquat, etc.
