A Sporta is run by Jean-Joseph Acquaviva, who has also been a charcuterie cattle breeder for 30 years, selling his products at the store in Corte and at the A Casa Niulinca restaurant in Calacuccia, Niolu.
The store also offers a range of Corsican products made by local producer friends who work at fairs: Niolu or Castagniccia honey, Canistrelli, Les délices de Nicolas aromatized salts and maquis herbs, Elisa's jams, Liqueur Negroni, Liqueur Orsini, or Cap Corse for aperitifs.
