A family business since 1961, the Vieux Moulin has evolved into a three-star Hotel-Restaurant over time. It is located next to the fishing port of Centuri, a village in Cap Corse. The establishment is open from February 15 to November 1.

Local Fish and Centuri Lobster

The Vieux Moulin restaurant's menu naturally leans towards the sea: fish, crustaceans, seafood, Centuri lobster, as well as various Corsican specialties. The establishment has an indoor room and a large shaded terrace with a bird's-eye view of Centuri's port.

On the menu, the selection varies according to the local catch: lobster pasta, swordfish carpaccio or barracuda, mussels marinière with fries, beef carpaccio, sea urchins.

Fresh and local products cooked according to "Grandma Josette's" recipes, always with great success.

A Buttega Grocery Store - Tobacco - Newsstand - Souvenirs

The establishment also has its own grocery store that remains open all year round, 7 days a week. This much-appreciated neighborhood store in the village of Centuri offers a range of food and local products such as Corsican charcuterie, wine, canistrelli, as well as essential items and even a DIY section. The grocery store also provides a tobacco service and sells the Corse Matin newspaper.

Le Vieux Moulin Hotel

Built in 1860, this typical home of the so-called "American" houses of Cap is spacious and offers the comfort of 18 rooms, two of which are accessible to disabled people.

With an average area of 25m², each room is air-conditioned, with a large bed, a TV, a bathroom with a bathtub sometimes also having a shower, and a balcony overlooking the sea or the village of Centuri.

Comfortable and pleasant, the rooms also offer Wi-Fi internet connection, like the two suites - the André suite and the Josette suite, as well as an annex with one room overlooking the sea and another room on the ground floor.
