A family-run business since 1961, the restaurant has also become a 3-star hotel. It is housed in a large building dating from 1860, typical of the so-called "American" Corsican houses so common in Cap Corse. The Vieux Moulin is open from 15 February to 1 November.

The hotel has 18 spacious rooms of around 25m² on average, including 2 rooms accessible to the disabled, all air-conditioned with a double bed, television and bathroom with bath or shower. A balcony gives you a bird's eye view of Centuri's fishing port and the village.

Comfortable and pleasant, the rooms also have Wi-Fi internet access, as do the two suites - the André suite and the Josette suite, as well as an annex with a room overlooking the sea and another room on the garden level. Private car park

A large private car park at the foot of the hotel means you'll be as close as possible to the hotel in a village with narrow, pedestrianised roads. You will be welcomed by Patricia, the hotel manager, who is also involved in the local community and is president of theassociation of friends of the Saint-Antoine chapel, and her daughter Marie-Pierre.

The menu at the Vieux Moulin restaurant is naturally sea-focused: fish, shellfish, seafood, Centuri lobster and a number of Corsican specialities. The restaurant has an indoor dining room and a large shaded terrace with a view over the port of Centuri.

The menu varies according to the local catch: lobster pasta, swordfish or liche carpaccio, fried mussels marinière, beef carpaccio, sea urchins.

You'll also be invited to discover the daily suggestions, depending on what's available (pigeon, capon, etc.), such as lemon tuna tartare with pink bay, or Paccheri with cuttlefish and smoked fish.

Fresh, local produce cooked according to the recipes of "Mamie Josette" with as much success as ever.

The establishment also has its own grocery shop, which is open all year round, 7 days a week. This much-appreciated local shop in the village of Centuri offers a food service and local products such as Corsican charcuterie, wine, canistrelli and basic necessities, as well as a DIY section. The shop also offers a tobacco service and sells the Corse Matin newspaper
